Thanks for stopping by! I’m a New York-based actor, writer, and teacher who loves bringing stories to life on stage and screen.
My onscreen credits include The Plot Against America on HBO, Bull, Blue Bloods, Law & Order: SVU, Red Oaks, Believe, That Awkward Moment, and Norman. My feature screenplay D.I.Y. received a grant from the Duplass Brothers, and was optioned by Tractor Beam (Patrick Somerville).
You might have seen my work on stage at Primary Stages, The New Group, NYTW, The Public Theater, Atlantic Theater Company, HERE, Ma-Yi, Culture Project, and Playwrights Realm, among others. I’ve also had the privilege of performing regionally at Shakespeare Theatre Company (Helen Hayes Award), George Street Playhouse, Huntington Theatre Company, Premier Stages, and EXIT Theatre. I developed and performed my physical theater solo show Sexcurity at Cleveland Public Theater, IRT Theater, and Dixon Place.
When I’m not performing or creating, I’m teaching the next generation of artists at Princeton University and coach actors for auditions and acting jobs. I trained at Boston University College of Fine Arts and hold an M.F.A. in Lecoq-based Physical Theater from the London International School of Performing Arts.
While in drama school, I discovered yoga which led to a dedicated Iyengar Yoga practice that continues today. Combined with my Lecoq training, this work has given me deep knowledge of the body as an instrument for storytelling—revealing truth, unlocking emotion, and connecting with audiences.
